Software 

The microscope is equipped with a complete management software (ZEN Blue 3.3 Pro) and supplies for Correlative Microscopy with GeminiSEM 500.

The software ZEN Blue 3.3 Pro allows to reconstruct the image of complete sample through the motorized mapping of different field of view. Beyond that, its allows to obtain extended focus, by recontruction of image obtained acquiring different focal plans.
