Transmission Electron Microscope Philips CM100

The Philips CM100 TEM for construction features and configuration is mainly dedicated to the ultrastructural observation of biological samples. In any case, observations at low-medium resolutions are possible in the Materials Sciences field.

 

 

 Technical characteristics

- Acceleration voltage: from 40 to 100 Kv

- Filament W or LaB 6

- High contrast objective lens

- Resolution: 0.34 nm

- PHURONA camera (Emsis),

   CMOS sensor, 3.008 x 4.112 pixels (max),

   frame rate: 50fps (max), 20fps (full resolution).
